2025 Participants
Thank you for your interest in participating in the 2025 Florida Folk Festival scheduled for May 23-25, 2025. All applicants should review the 2025 Participant Guidelines for deadlines, timelines and additional information prior to submitting an application.
Performers
The application period to participate as a performer at the 2025 Florida Folk Festival is now open. Applications must be submitted by Oct. 22, 2024, and required recordings must be submitted no later than Oct. 25, 2024. Performers will be notified of their status in December.
Vendors & Exhibitors
The application period for crafters, luthiers, environmental and educational exhibitors, craft square demonstrators and marketplace vendors is now open. Submission of applications by Jan. 1, 2025, is recommended to guarantee your application will be considered for participation. Applications received after Jan. 1 will be considered only if vendor spaces remain available. No applications will be accepted after April 1, 2025. Please read the festival’s Participant Guidelines prior to applying.

Food Vendors

Volunteers
The application period for festival volunteers is now open. Applications should be submitted by February 15, 2025. After February 15, we will continue to accept applications until all remaining positions are filled.
Limited volunteer positions are available. Guarantee your volunteer positions and submit your application by the deadline. Volunteer schedules will be distributed by March 30, 2025.
