Logma- Mirdif City Center

Logma famous for its khaleeji cuisine has now opened its 3rd branch in MCC. Its one the places where I never get tired of its menu, so now it has opened near to my place no wonder I will be going there again and again.

Last week I went there with my husband and glad to see a spacious brand right opposite to the Sephora. The staff here is attentive and Mr.Ameen took care of us and ushered us to the table.

The simple with bits of emirati touch in interior such as walls of Arabic coffee pots, bedouin-style kerosene lamps, grey upholstered furnishings embroidered with camel designs makes you instantly feel that you are going to treat you palates with traditional food but logma is a traditional restaurant with a twist of contemporary touch.

We started our experience by ordering

• Dynamite Shrimps
• Chicken Samosa
• Logma Fries
• Zaatar Chicken
• Feta Cheese Salad
• Fish Biryani
• Milk Cake
• Rose Oreo Logmat (Limited Edition)

I think there is no need to say anything about logma fries as they are already talk of the town.These thin fairly crispy fries tossed with arabic spices, gives it a right kick and you just can’t eat one.

Chicken Samosa fresh & crispy from outside, filled with generous filling of chicken and cheese. Yum!!!

Dynamite shrimps they use jambo shrimps and I promise you won’t be disappointed by trying these small bomb of flavors

In salad I opted for Feta Cheese one. The combination of rocket leaves, pine nuts, feta cheese with watermelon cubes were soOooo refreshing. Moreover the tingy taste dressing made it a must try salad.

In Mains we ordered Zaatar chicken with the option of veggies. The chicken was well cooked but soft at the same time, though I felt the serving size was small

We are biryani lover so thought to try the unconventional choice Fish Biryani from the logma menu. The biryani came in a traditional clay pot covered with bread as a cover. The mild long grain aromatic rice with pillow soft pieces of fish was a treat for our palates. It was not spicy at all, so spicy lover may or may not like it but to me it was one of the best Fish Biryani (though am a spicy lover)

In Dessert we didnt think twice and ordered milk cake whereas for the second choice our server suggest us to try the limited edition Rose Oreo Logmiat and we couldn’t say No just by looking at the pic on the menu.

We ended our session on a cup of hot Karak Tea.Ah!!!! so relaxing

In last I would say if you haven’t been to Logma, you need to try it right away. The staff is courteous and special thanks to ameen our server for being so vigilant and prompt to make our experience smooth and delightful
