The plethora of stations in buffet makes you confuse for a while from where to start. Street style cart fancy enough to kick start delectable culinary experience. Bhel puri, chaat, pani puri, dahi bhalay and pav bhaji are some of the variety you get to taste from Ewaan Chaat Corner.

There was surfeit amount of variety in Main Course. Mainly from authentic desi choices to some international flavors and each section was worth trying. Being a desi soul I was more into delicacies of desi flavors. Hyderabadi biryani to curries like Butter chicken  Roganjosh Beef Stew with Carrot and Baby onion and Lamb leg tantalized everyone’s  tastebuds. Even vegetarian souls didn’t get dissapointed as there are many dishes like Baigan bharta Roasted Potato Mustard Seed, Momos and Chutney, Kappa and Meen curry satisfied any veg soul to content level.

Indian food is not complete without having assorted breads to accompany the curries and the Indian Street Food night was not short in it. Plenty of variety like Keema paratha,Aloo paratha, Kalkatta Nizami chicken roll, and Paneer paratha were so good that I could eat them alone.

There was an outdoor arrangement of live BBQ where Batti da murgh,Batti ki champain, Tandoori chicken, Murgh malai tikka, Sunehara Jhinga and Barbeque Goan prawns soole were some lip-smacking variety.

From International section you can enjoy sushi to sashimi and some Italian flavors like  Penne, Spaghetti with Tomato Sauce, White Sauce and Condiments.

Soup and Salad station were also there, compelling to fill your bellies with healthy options.

Just imagine after all the above delectable station, one can imagine the dessert station beaming with everything  for desi bites. I could hardly taste some of the sweets out of many as I was totally full after having so many dishes to try.

We ended our lovely culinary evening with Hot Tea from my favorite Karak House. I couldn’t ask for a better end to this humongous culinary feast evening.
