My first post of 2019. So on first day of new year we thought to try some new place and after searching on Zomato I narrowed down an all day breakfast place which was new for me IZU Bakery.
Its in Dubai Mall precisely tucked away in Galeries Lafayette. Vintage style decor here impresses you instantly.
We love the concept of all day breakfast and ordered poached eggs, scrambled egg, french toast, coco-nutty granola and panzanela salad.
My husband opted for poached eggs and I went for scrambled egg which was filled with spinach, onions and tomatoes. Both proteins filled us well and we couldn’t ask for better kick start.
French toast was a treat for our taste buds, not so sweet crunchy from outside and soft as pillow from inside is something you don’t wanna miss, topped with fresh fruits. The chocolate sauce served along with it was a cherry on top.
Calories conscious people fret not. The menu has some delectable granolas and salad options too. We tried coco-nutty one and it was oh-so-good. Greek yogurt topped with crunchy nuts made me gobble it in no time.
Panzanela Salad was something I could eat any day anytime. The fresh veggies cuts of cucumber, baby tomatoes, feta cheese, olive oil and belsamic dressing made it a top notch healthy snack.
For drinks we ordered Pistachio Milkshake but it couldn’t impress and it was more like vanilla in flavor where as lemonade was refreshing and tantalizing in every sip
Service I would say was brilliant. Mark was our server and I could only see him around taking orders and in the kitchen but he made all the process smooth and served us adroitly
