Yugo Sushi- The Greens Dubai

Yugo Sushi is a Japanese restaurant easily located in The Greens. Last week I got to try this place and was delighted to see the options available in the menu.  From starters to mains to desserts everything looks like a visual treat on the electronic pad and attract us to order all but thankfully there was a blogger set menu so no need of bothering ourselves of selection.

What we tried there?

• Yellow Tail Usuzukuri
• Bang Bang Shrimps
• Vegetable Roll
• Wasabi Prawns
• Miso Soup
• Curry
• Signature Salmon Steak
• California Roll
• Spicy Salmon

We mostly avoid raw meat but our server convinced us to try it once and just on her request we agreed to try it and oh boy! she was soOooo right Yellow Tail Usuzukuri was amazingggg!!! It was my first time to try and literally it impressed me in every way, presentation to taste 10/10 :). Glad I took the plunge to try otherwise it would been a total miss.

While in Japanese restaurant its not possible sushi wouldn’t be a part of culinary session. So we tried our all time favorite California roll and newly added Spicy Salmon in the menu. Both were so yummy even spicy salmon didn’t leave but to impress us.

In Miso Soup was our choice but unfortunately it couldn’t impress our taste buds.

In curry Katsu was our choice. Fried chicken with boiled rice and curry was filling and stuffed us well.

Moving on to the bang bang shrimps, you cant afford to miss it here and wasabi prawns were amazing. Good thing is that wasabi taste was not overpowering and balanced in taste.

Vegetable rolls were crisp from outside and they were well stuffed with filling.

The star dish was signature Salmon Steak. From presentation to taste it was the star dish on our table and finished in no time 😉 so now you can understand how much we loved it!

The staff didn’t ask for any dessert and neither we asked for it but the food was good, so we didn’t mind at all and happily made our way to home with satisfied appetite.
