Small place, quirky interiors and delectable food is all about Moreish. This zany place located in Oud Metha. Parking quite be a task but when the food is good I think its worth struggling to park.
The colorful interiors really brightens up your mood and the halogen lights goes well with the color coordination. The two counters on the opposite end are evenly spaced from the tables, even being a small place, it doesn’t feel congested.
The staff offers you different board games to entertain you while you wait for your order. I find the variety in the menu quite interesting, from Mexican to Thai and some Italian flavors. They have breakfast menu as well. After quickly skimming the menu I decided to skipped the breakfast part and ordered a soup, salad, few starters and than opted for main course.
What I tried there?
- Tom Yum Soup
- Ceaser Salad
- Grande Nachos
- Mexican Spiced Garlic Bread
- Asian Stir Fry
- Slow Roast Chicken
- Grilled Salmon
Tom yum soup was something that was perfect in this transition weather. It was served hot and if I hadn’t had to try other items I would have stuffed myself only with this appetizing soup.
You can’t go wrong with the ceaser salad choice here, fresh green veggies, olives and white onion rings make it not just wholesome but filling too.
Now, Lets talk about starters. Grande Nachos, Garlic Bread were our choice. Being a big buff of nachos, crispy nachos with a layers of cheese, guacamole and cooked beans was not less than a treat to me. I relished the whole platter with board games while waiting for the main course. Garlic bread was again filling, loaded with three cheese, bell peppers and corns. Oh so yum!!!
Seriously we were totally filled just by having starters, due to its good portion size and delicious flavors. We still amass our courage and proceed with the mains. Stir fry in chicken came with cripsy garlic rice were palatable. Slow roast chicken was oven roasted chicken cooked in pepper sauce, by apperance it looked perfectly cooked and juicy, however it was dry from inside. Grilled salmon was something I enjoyed completely and finished it no time.
Dessert choices are limited here seems quite interesting. Our server suggest us to try moreish chocolate spa and we couldn’t say no just be seeing its pic on the menu. Warm fudge chocolate brownies served on sizzling plate served with vanilla icecream. All these things came along with chocolate sauce, rock chocolate and marshmallows. No less than a grammable dessert.
Definitely check out this place for some mouthwatering food. I had a lovely experience and will definitely go back again to try breakfast.
