If there is any cuisine that mastered the art of making carbs more desirable than you ever thought possible…it’s got to be Italian. There are many options out there for your Italian fix, Red Tomato Pizza is one of them where you can find authentic taste with delightful taste.
Red Tomato has been on the Dubai eatery scene for the last 9 years and able to deliver the same authentic taste what Italian food is all about. Last Friday I got the chance to try this place, parking was a bit task but was able to find in the back lane.
This place has both indoor and outdoor seating but we preferred indoors as due to weekend the traffic noise could be not pleasant while eating. Vintage interiors are fascinating and transports you Italy through its authentic vibes.

Our session started with inhouse bread pieces and dip which was complimentary.
We ordered spicy version of wings, marinated in olive oil, garlic and chilli, I couldn’t find them that spicy as it was mentioned although they were soft and well cooked
Petto Di Pollo oven roast chicken breast marinated in Italian herbs, loved every bite of it and it got finished in no time from our table.
Who can say no to pizza? am a weak soul and can’t dare to think about it. Here you can find variety of pizza we went for Pollo Ardente the spicy version again (blame our Desi Palates) loads of mozzarella with grilled chicken, topped with cherry tomatoes , aromatic roasted capsicum and parsley. It was served hot and made us to eat more than the space we had after all the above delectable dishes. Let me confess am not a big fan of thin crust pizza but the situation was not the same here 😉
In dessert my friends asked me to order the black lava cake, perfect for chocoholics. It was freshly made and served with a scoop of vanilla icecream. Oh! boy the fondue inside the cake was to die for, a must try!
