I have been using it for quite sometime and it helps me to maintain my weight, Being a foodie its not an easy to avoid heavy food,so opting such options is quite beneficial not just for the weight loss but for reducing the levels of cholesterol and triglycerides in the blood.
The ingredients you need are:
- 1 cinnamon stick or 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder (I use best quality alaqmar brand)
- Half piece of ginger (optional but very effective)
- 1 cup of boiling water
Put the cinnamon stick and ginger in a pot with water over it. Let it boil for good 5 to 6 min and cover it with lid. Allow the mixture to cool and remove the cinnamon stick and ginger. Now you’re ready to drink your tea. If you need to, you can sweeten it with honey.
