Nurai a new eatery nestled in Business Bay near to the canal. The place boast indoor and outdoor seating with a burj view. With extensive menu you get spoiled for choices here. The taste and quality both impresses you immediately.
The interiors are grand and in night the warm lights show the actual beauty of this place. From sheesha to food you get everything here and if you are a sporty person worry not, they have got you covered with big screens here.
From interiors it may look fancy but the laidback style of this place immediately helps you to loosen up. Our seat was reserved on the second flood where the round grand tables were setup. I like the idea of such setup when you are with your big family as round table transforms the dining area welcoming spot where family dinners are eaten and conversations held in a friendly atmosphere.
What we enjoyed there?
- Hummus
- Labneh With Garlic
- Chicken Taouk
- Garlic Bread Stromboli
- Dragon Salad
- Penne Arrabiata
- Nurai Steak Mix
- Brownies, Profiterole and Kunafa
We started our culinary journey with refreshing fresh juice of watermelon and then munch on fresh bread of basket with rich and creamy Hummus and Labneh. If you are cheese lover then don’t forget to try Garlic Bread Stromboli which is a notch up version of Garlic Bread.
Our smoothies Oro Shake and Strawberry Mojhitos
For calories conscious person they have got good options of salads, my favorite was Dragon Salad, fresh veggies tossed in caujan sauce with fried tortilla bread chips.
Penne Arrabiata delighted my husband alot, it was served hot and well cooked. There is plenty of option for Italian fare so from Pizza to Pasta you can try alot.
For all carnivorous soul try Chicken Touk and Nurai Steak Mix. Chicken Touk grilled pieces of chicken cubes served with garlic sauce, jalapenos along with fries and small bread.
Nurai Steak Mix is a good way to relish both chicken and meat. This platter servers grilled chicken breast and a slice of prime beef topped with mushroom sauce along with inhouse fries and steamed veggies and sauteed mushrooms. A filling and healthy option with no compromise on taste.
In dessert you find both local and international option for your sweet cravings. Delectable Kunafa, dense brownies with a scoop of icecream (a match made in heaven) and not to forget Profiterol, all made our evening well spent.
We washed down all this appetizing food with a cup of green tea. Moreover on our way with our happy tummy we enjoyed first rain of the season. What else one could ask for?
Check them out for good food, warm hospitality and an overlooking view of canal
