Yayla soup was comforting and I shared it with my partner, chicken salad was so good if I hadn’t had to taste other items I would have filled myself with only that fresh salad. Yogrtlu Pathcan is a classic of the Turkish meze table, refreshing smoked eggplant salad from southern Turkey made up of fried eggplant with a yogurt sauce and olive oil. Kumpir is a popular fast food in Turkey which is essentially a loaded baked potato with numerous toppings we had it with chicken. It was lip smacking and a must try here. Cold mezze came in a crescent shape silver dish. A pretty presentation with the taste that you could relish for long time. Everything was fresh and hummus was one of the best. Mix Grill was presented in long silver pot, fuming out charcoal mist was not less than a treat to watch as we got to relish some hot and succulent pieces of lamb, chicken and kofta kababs.
In dessert we had kunafa, how one can say No to turkish delights? we were full but still couldn’t resist and try their special kunafa with nutella. They have many variety in it nutella, pistachio, cream and icecream.
I can confidently say if you are craving for Turkish food Bosporus is one of the good choice available in Dubai to have an authentic Turkish flavor without leaving Dubai.
