Volt- Jumeriah

Jumeriah has many burger joints and most of them working well. Volt is mainly famous for its some electrifying burgers but they are not limited to just burgers, they have a delightful menu with some lip smacking variety.

Last Friday I dropped by there for lunch on their jumeriah branch. Upon entering the place was full of fish smell which really turned me off but thankfully they shifted us to the other area covered with glass and we happily sat there and started to browse the menu. Menu here is on IPAD, I really like this idea in order to minimize the wastage of paper.

From starters we ordered Rainbow Fries and Chicken Dumplings. Fries are my weakness and over here they serve the loaded ones. Crispy potatoes served with four cheese and in house sauce oh God!! its a must have over here. However chicken dumpling were the fried ones and am a fan of steamed dumpling so unfortunately they couldn’t impress me.

They have a chinese part too in their menu with some variety of sushi. We ordered Crunchy California Rolls, they were little disappointing as they tasted not fresh at all

In main course we opted for Wagyu Rib Eye, Salmon Fish. The steak was well marinated and grilled with garlic and Rosemary served with cracked baby potatoes. My husband loved it.

Salmon fish was for me, the grilled fillet was tender and juice but I wish the spices level would have been a little more otherwise it a perfect healthy option came along with creamy mashed potatoes.

Now this place offers some exciting desserts that will surely end your meal on a happy note. What we tried? Red Velvet Pancakes and Lotus Milk Cake. Both were amazing and if I hadn’t fulled by then I would have eaten the whole plates without leaving a single bite.

We sipped Passion Fruit and Mix Berry Mojitos with our meal through out our culinary experience.

Would I recommend this place? YES!! if you are around jumeirah and want good burgers, lip smacking fries or shrimps and some delectable steak head on to this place for  your craving fix.
