The Parlour kitchen is led by Executive Chef Sylvain Noel. Chef Sylvain gained his culinary expertise at Lycee Helene Boucher in Le Mans, France. He is the person behind opening and has directed Nikki Beach locations worldwide, including Dubai, Marbella, Miami Beach and Saint Barth. Chef Sylvian also worked and sharpened his gastronomic skills in high profile American restaurants in New York and Florida.

Parlour Boutique is all about french food without attitude. Revolving around everything French, Parlour Boutique provides typical yet accessible French cuisine in a contemporary café setting. Comfortable, elegant and classy, Parlour is the perfect spot for breakfast, a quick coffee, lunch meetings and an a la carte dining experience.

What I tried there?

Omelette Parlour was a traditional one with a twist of ratatouille,feta cheese, red onion and japanese eggplant.  It was filling and perfect for a hungry tummy. My friend tried Benedict eggs sandwich between two soft buns with a filling of kale, sweet potato hash, avocados and instead of regular hollandaise sauce it was beet hollandaise and believe you me it was so good although am not a fan of beet at all. Beet taste was not at all overpowering and blended nicely with the eggs taste.

We tried french Toast on our server’s recommendation and we didn’t regret. It was one of the most amazing I have ever had in a long time. It came along with fresh berries and thick cream. Cream was balanced sweet not like a sugar rush.

In drinks I opted for Bastille a concoction of mango, watermelon,green apple and fresh star berries where as my friend ordered Flat Vanilla Coffee and she seemed satisfied with it.

If you are fan of french patisseries and food then this place is a must visit. Not to forget its all day breakfast place, so a lazy breakfast or meetup with friends is quite an experience here.
