Every Blaze Burgers outlet is easily recognizable by an interior that expresses the Blaze ethos of contemporary hospitality. The outlet which can seat 130 customers at a time, is a space where exposed natural materials are interrupted by edgy art including murals, objects, paintings and graffiti created by local and international artists.

The newly hyped blaze burger is a must visit for all the meat lovers who are very serious about how they like their burgers. Blaze will definitely make sure even the pickiest of people will leave pleased. Blaze burger is a complete package anyone could ask for in terms of food, staff friendliness and interiors of the restaurant. Everything is so welcoming. Its the first planet group restaurant and currently their is only one branch which is located at JBR. They specialize in Angus and Wagyu Beef Burgers.

We were welcomed in the restaurant with smiling faces and specially attended by the manager giving us a brief on how to place the order and what is best. We were appointed with an extremely friendly and helpful waiter Arif Pasha who was always there for all our needs. We ordered the “Extra Love Burger” which was a double decker burger with our choice of two different toppings for both the burgers. And i must say no one does better than blaze when it comes to toppings, they have some very customized and delicious options to choose from. We opted for Texas BBQ and blue crunchy. Trust me it was like heaven in every bite. The Angus Beef patty inside was so tender and well cooked and every element in the topping complemented so well. It was cheesy, extra crunchy with chips bite, uniquely tasted with blue cheese, onion rings and their house made finger licking good sauces.

The second burger that we ordered was the wagyu beef burger in a wheat bun with mushroom swiss topping. An old school burger done so perfectly well. One can never go wrong with this flavor and topping. Its saucy with mouth-watering mushroom bites in each bite.

If you are carb conscious person, no need to worry, blaze has got u covered with the option of carb free burgers with your choice of either beef or grilled chicken patty under lettuce leaves. A great choice if you are carb conscious and would love to give their extra tempting sauces a go.

For Drinks u have great options of tripple lime and blaze on the beach that are beautifully presented with refreshing flavors. Little sweet, little sour.

Fries and chips at blaze perfectly compliment the meal and only there will u find the option to choose from fries, chips, scoopers and onion rings with toppings like cajun, crazy fries, angry fries and chilli cheese fries if you want to make your meal a little hot and spicy.

Maltesers Milkshake is definitely not to be missed coz i could just go back their for merely its chocolaty, tasteful and just like my favorite chocolate milkshake.

Their gooey chocolate cake skillet is to die for. Its chocolates lovers dream come true coz it is served with white chocolate, milk chocolate, M&Ms, chocolate chips. And i must caution u that the cake is served warm with chocolate sauce topping and a delicious vanilla gelato ice cream.

For people who like something sweet and salty then the salty treat which is made with crunchy churro, topped with vanilla ice cream, seasoned with pretzels, bacon, caramel and M&Ms, has your name written on it. What more could one ask for ?
