Premium Biryani- International City

Recently I am introduced to this brand of biryani by the name Premium Biryani. I am a big biryani buff so trying this one was exciting for me. They only cater their customers with one and only product Biryani through home delivery. Isn’t it amazing?

Last evening I received hot batch of biryani in two plastic containers good for two persons. One was meat and other was chicken came along with raita and separate curry. Let me clear one thing this biryani is different then usual we get to eat. No red and yellow color or you can say more of a like Mandi Rice.

I tried both the chicken and meat flavors, both were well cooked but for me meat one was the winner. Curry had a flavor of achar which I believe was a good option for those palates who like to prefer spicy version. Raita was perfect with the flavorful rice.

Premium biryani is available in both short and long grain rice although I preferred long grain. For me its was little different in terms of biyani both look and taste wise but yes if you like mandi or less spice version of rice then definitely this one surely delights you.
