Jooray and Cadi a new restaurant ready to serve you some interesting flavors in a laps of chic interiors. This fairly new restaurant is located in Healthcare City, easily accessible with metro too. I was invited there for a bloggers meetup and with some amazing and energetic blogger we got to try some of their best delicacies.
With different varieties like Arabic, Italian and fast food this place has got something for everyone. The whole ambiance is very refreshing, colorful frames, a small corner with books and open kitchen doesn’t let you get bored.
We started off with wings and mozzarella sticks. I am not a big fan of wings but I could see everyone was enjoying them. Mozzarella sticks were exactly the way I like to eat cheesy but not at all drenched in oil although a lil more seasoning could make it the best I have had so far. Right after these we were served comforting broccoli soup, not only healthy but tasted good too. I am so gonna try to make this at home.In Salads we got to try two kinds of salads avocado and Greek salad. Avocado one was a winner for me because of its creaminess and fresh veggies crunch and obviously the taste.
For quenching my thirst I opted for mint lemonade, quite refreshing and came in a mason jar where as the milkshakes I just took the pics, looks inviting but can’t say about the taste.
Who can say no to pizza? and here we tantalized our palates not only with BBQ chicken pizza but with the veg option too. It was no less than a treat to see the making of pizza live from layering to the baking in furnace.
In pasta again we were spoilt with three choices creamy white pasta fettuccine, a spicy one penne arrabiata and last but not the least meat based one spaghetti bolognese. I must confess I just tried fettuccine one and couldn’t stop but to have a second round of it. I was so full by then that couldn’t muster the courage to take another bite from any dish.
The only dessert I could try was chocolate fondue, my friend forced me to try and seriously I would have regretted by not trying. It was rich and the combo of hot chocolate cake filled with oozing ganache with vanilla icecream was worth taking extra calories.
I am thankful to my friend Jo (soul_wayfarer) for introducing this new joint to me. I thoroughly enjoyed the session with bloggers friend and delectable food. Not to forget the hanging lamps in pastel colors were so adorable that I wanted to take all of them to home(hahahah). Go there with friends and family to relish some good food with insta worthy clicks.
Happy eating!!!
