Samosa is one thing that I am sure needs no introduction, be it an Indian food or Arabic, samosa is there with a filling according to the culinary taste and liking. Being a desi for me samosa is always a aloo(potato) filled indulgence, that makes a tea time a fun time.
Recently, I was invited to try #mymosa currently located in Hangry Hanger at Al Quoz warehouse. If you don’t about this place, its a food warehouse that is operational till September and one of the perfect place to chill out in this scorching heat of Dubai. Here you will find many options for munching while enjoying live music and game boards etc.
Lets coming back to my mosa which is a brain child of bombay banglow people. This quirky kiosk offers next level samosa with fillings you wouldn’t have thought of before like butter chicken, wild mushroom & truffle samosa and Jamaican beef samosa etc.
I tried butter chicken and indian veg samosa from savory samosa options, the filling of butter chicken was buttery and had right kind of spice kick where as the veg one was the usual favorite. In sliders we opted for Chipotle Chicken Slider, the combo of pulled chicken with sweet mango chutney layered with fresh greens, will surely delights who likes to have a mango chutney in their food. For me it was average.
Those who know me that am a big fries buff and never forget to order my carbs share in terms of fries, so here I tried mosa fries, the classic one with lime and special mosa spice.
Now, the highlight of my experience the one and only Nutella stuffed samosa, this is something you must try here and don’t forget to pair it up with karak tea served here. Its a bomb combination that will make your visit indelible one for sure.
My Recommendation:
- Nutella Samosa
- Mosa Fries
- Indian Veg Samosa
- Karak Tea
