Carrying on the tradition of the established brand name from Malaysia. Marry brown has been serving in the UAE for the last 15 years. Yes, I would confess that I was under the impression is a Filipino brand which is not true. Its a well knows brand from Malaysia and you all must have seen its outlets in many malls across the UAE.
Due to my wrong impression I never tempted to try out this place, all blame goes to my desi palates. Recently I was invited to try out new additions to the menu which is exclusively curated keeping the taste-buds of desi people and delightfully we got to try already famous items too.
Marry brown is famous for its ultimate fried chicken pieces, burgers and wraps. This time they have something different from their usual taste and introduced a bowl of currylicious a bowl of MB chicken served on the bed of well cooked rice topped with achar salad, pappadam and sprinkled with green onions. Filling was another name of this newly launched dish, packed with kicking flavors and if you like spicy curries then definitely it will delight you. Make sure to ask your server to serve pappadam separately so it won’t get soggy by the time you have it.
Spicy chicken strips and chicken popcorn were also served on our tables and everyone seemed to enjoy them. I ordered fish n chips as my main meal and it came out fresh and hot served along with crispy fries. I relish this perfect catch with garlic dip and totally liked it. I only wish that marry brown keeps a low hand on the use of salt quantity in their products as I was feeling it quite obvious in everything.
Don’t forget to try out their amazing and refreshing mojitos. I opted for Blue Curacao and it had a balanced taste of sweet and sour, perfect to enliven your senses in summers.
I am definitely gonna go back and try out their desserts which I missed this time. Good taste and value for money is what marry brown is all about.
