Derby- (Place for your subs fix)

Recently I have tried this place located at Al Majaz in Sharjah. Derby’s menu focuses on subs/sandwiches with a sprinkle of one or two salads.

Its a small joint with 1 or 2 family tables and at one side on the go long counter.Being a foodie it doesn’t matter if the place is small or big what really matters is the food. Yes!! I cannot deny the fact having a spacious space gives an edge and comfort feel to the whole experience but we can’t compare small joints with the huge names for the sake of comparison.

I was there with my friends so what we tried there?

• Teriyaki Mushroom Chicken
• Louisiana Chicken
• Grand Gatsby Chicken
• Ceaser Salad
• Derby Fries

Triyaki Mushroom Chicken had grilled chicken, mushrooms, cheese, onions, green peppers and teriyaki sauce. Louisiana Chicken had fried chicken in it where as the grand gatsby was loaded with grilled beef and cheddar cheese. All these subs are available in two sizes 6 and 12 inches. My fav are Louisiana and Grand Gatsby and don’t forget to try derby fries they were yum but yes less in quantity. From salads I tried there ceaser salad and yes I have no complain from it. It was fresh and good in every sense.

I would definitely recommend you to try this place out, the only suggestion I want to give is to add more variety and increasing fries quantity is something you should look into.

The location is easy to find and have plenty of parking near to it (in Kacha Area)
