I have been an ardent fan of MAC cosmetic for quite sometime specially lipstick. Despite being not very economical I still like to buy due to its quality and pigments. Mac proudly presents an array of shades. However, choosing one out of so many can be quite overwhelming.
From matt to glossy, bright or light there are many options in MAC to choose from, even there is a good range of red according to complexion and choice, everyone has their own opinion to choose the ultimate hue.
My most favorites from MAC
- Ruby Woo
- All Fired Up
Ruby Woo is a perfect statement color who can adore you to rock the red carpet. It is extra matt, extra red and lasts the whole night long. Can’t deny this color is much loved among confident lipstick wearers. The shade has blue base which makes it entirely wearable for all sorts of complexions.
According to an expert, “This is one of the most loved shades of all times, but you sure need some attitude to pull it off. It is a shade that truly looks good on anyone and everyone”.

Cons:
- Can make your lips dry and flaky (try to use any lip primer or balm prior the application)
- Not easily removable
All Fired Up another amazing color which I totally adore and flaunt in my everyday looks. It a pop of pink color having an orange base which makes it quite different from other pink retro matt shades of MAC. Its a shade that works well not only on special occasions but for everyday use without overdoing your look

- Long-lasting
- rich in color
