Movenpick BurDubai- Street Food Fare

Mövenpick Hotel & Apartments Bur Dubai is situated in a central business district in Bur Dubai, easy access and velvet parking facility.Which is a big relief in the city like Dubai.

The Fountain Restaurant is located in the ground floor of Movenpick Hotel & Apartments Bur Dubai. Spacious space with skylight roof,comfortable sitting arrangement makes it a perfect place for food feast.

I was invited to try their street food night which they have it on every Wednesday night. I love the fact how they transform the whole place in looking a like to a food street where  you get to see around the world food variety.

From Indian to Mexican, Chinese to Arabic variety awaits you to feed you hungry stomach. Even the presence of cart then a bicycle in the front gives the whole place a real look.

Each cart’s decor and the food were representing the whole real feel of their origin. i started my street food journey with Indian food and tried some Pav bhaji and took some snacks from the cycle stand.

From Chinese I got to try assorted momos and veg noodles, being a non-veg I missed having some chicken in it,I wish they would have been a non-veg option too.

Arriba, arriba! ¡Ándale, ándale! lets talk about Mexican cart. I was like a speedy Gonzales mouse who was excited to see the Mexican cart assembling tacos and believe me they totally nailed it with the flavors and crispy taste of tacos. A must try here

Ahlan!! now its time to explore Arabic cart which was serving  falafel and Koshari.

Salad counter was an endless fare with assorted variety all around the world. They have some desi Indo-Pak dishes as well on the counter as  you go further and a live grilling station.

The dessert station seemed ignored in this whole concept. This place is usually famous for their endless dessert variety so maybe I was accessing through that point but I feel more items can be added in the available choices.

You would not get to see live sugarcane counter anywhere in Dubai Hotels but here its there to treat your tastebuds, I made two happy rounds to this station.

Movenpick BurDubai is one of my favorite place to dine-in and no wonder they always come up with different and tasteful themes. Do check them out if you are in mood to try some quality street food in a hotel ambiance.
