My first Iftar invite of this pious month was from Seasons Restaurant- Pullman JLT. I got a chance to try their Iftar buffet with my fellow bloggers. I have been to Pullman DCC many times but it was my first time here in JLT.

Salads:
The Salad counter was beaming with the freshness and assortment of variety. From staple emirate Fatoush,Moutabel and Tabouleh to international diversity all were spread on the counter. Cold mezze and some fresh healthy options were there too, to go along with main course. In hot mezze I enjoyed eating samosas variety that went well with the yogurt based dip.
Soups:
- Lentil Soup
- Chicken Vermicelli Soup
Usually I avoid soup in order to have space for elaborated course of meal but I tried chicken one with garlic bread pieces and it was totally comforting. I could fill my appetite just with the bowls of it.
Main Course:
- Roasted Lamb Ouzi with Oriental Rice
- Roasted Chicken Tandoori
- Lamb Kabab
- Chicken Biryani
- Vegetable Curry
- Greek Style Eggplant Moussaka
- Joojeh Kabab
- Chicken Moghrabieh
- Fish with Eggplant
- Kibbeh Bill Laban
- Vine Leaf with Lamb Chops
- Shrimps Makhous
I made my next move to the main course section, where I could see amazing Roasted items like Chicken Tandoori and Roasted Lamb Ouzi. Chicken Tandoori was soft, marinated with mild spices and roasted to perfection. Lamb Ouzi was flavorful with aromatic rice grains. Fish with Eggplant was new for me but I relish this healthy dish completely and another rice dish was chicken biryani.
Drinks:
In drinks, traditional options were on display to quench your thirst and from them I tried laban.
Dessert:
In desserts Pudding, Basboussa,Tart,CheeseCake, Luqaimat, Vanilla Pastry, Katayef Nuts, Baked Cheese Cake, Mahabalia Pistachio, Kunafa Cheese, Jalebi, Chocolate Mousse were in decent quantity to satisfy your sweet cravings.
