DIFC has become a hub of fine dining where you will find good choices in terms of food and quality. Few day back I got a chance to try Dusty’s, luckily it happened to be my birthday, so my excitement was obvious. Weather you want to dine in alfresco style or in covered jazzed up area they got you both covered.
I preferred to sit in their restaurant due to hot weather, both the places are situated opposite to each other. The place instantly soothes your mood with dim lights, laid back style and seating comfort however, being a blogger taking good pictures was a real struggle there. We started our session by ordering following dishes.
- Cheesy Garlic Bread
- Spring Rolls
- Seafood Pasta
- Black Cod
- Miso Chicken
- Green Salad
- Dustylicious and Mojito (in Drinks)
Cheesey breads were lip smacking and hot spring rolls won my heart instantly and they finished in no time on our table.
Black cod fish was beautifully presented and tasted equally good where as salmon being my favorite, made me truly happy with its soft textures and succulent taste.
Miso Chicken was my husbands choice and he seemed quite satisfied with his order.
Who doesn’t like pasta and a person like me who is fond of it ,couldn’t resist ordering it. Our serves recommended us to try seafood one. It came with shrimps and caviar and looks absolutely delish but unfortunately it failed to impress me. The whole pasta was smelling like fish,I understand being a seafood version it is supposed to have this kind of smell but the overboard of it turned me totally off and left me to manage take a bite or two only.
In drinks we tried dustylicious which was a concoction of apple,lime juice and blackberry syrup where is Nectarina Mojito reliven me with its refreshing ingredients of fresh mint,lime,nectarine apple juice and vanilla.
The ambiance is calming and the graffiti on wall adds jazz to the whole ambiance.Upbeat music in the background compels you to move on each number.
Try out this place if you happen to be around in DIFC or want to have a gathering with good food and lively atmosphere.
