You get plenty of options when it comes to buffet in Dubai. Some are a grand feast where some tends to disappoint you with the plethora of unnecessary commitments and delivers nothing fancy.Recently, I had been invited to try out this place called Barbecue Nation located at Barsha. This place offers you decent variety of flavors with choices to cater every palate.Entertaining facility of BBQ at your table where you get to see and savor without moving an inch.

Upon entering you get to see a humongous dining area divide in 2 parts and easily accessible food counters in the center. From live BBQ station to delectable Mexican counter, palatable pasta counter to enjoyable desi flavors.

 

We started our culinary session by ordering mocktails like Royal Blossom and Pacific Blue .our server served us delectable variations of grills, each one of items was grilled to perfection. They keep serve you until you turn down the flag on your table.

Then we moved ourselves half filled to the the counters. Test and relish all the available options. My favorite was pasta section where I customized with my favorite ingredients and got it made in front of me live at the station.

Being a biryani lover,it was no less than a treat to try three different flavors, even daal being a simple food was there to tantalized your taste buds with some vegetarian dishes. If  you like mexican food ,quesadilla live station is there to treat you.

Food fiesta  doesn’t end here you get to satisfy your sweet craving with assorted international as well as desi treats like gulab jaman,shahi tukray,coconut ladoo,kheer and not to forget 6 different flavors of kulfi. The only thing that turned me off that they don’t serves green tea which was much needed after having a heavy affair but you can ask for black tea.

Overall, it was a exciting experience of live grills and decent sprawling spread and am definitely going back as one trip was not enough to relish all varieties in one go for the person like me. Service is good and vigilant as they were not only attentive on our table, I saw them checking all tables and catering them according to their need,so one more point goes to them for this.
