Sufra my another discovery in the list of buffet,located on the lobby level of Hyaat Regency Dubai Creek Heights. I got to dine here last friday,it was my first time in this beautiful five star hotel,situated in Dubai Healthcare City at the crossroads of the bustling downtown and the ancient charm of the old city.
Restaurant serving Arabic, Indian and Western specialties, set within bright and contemporary interiors overlooking the Creek Park. Floor-to-ceiling windows give the ambiance of dining in an urban garden. This place offers array of food with delectable taste in relaxed atmosphere.
I like the fact that this place boast humongous space,helps to walk around freely without feeling limited. Equally spaced table with white and crisp interior will definitely make a warm space in your heart.
Started with salad counter on one side I got to see fresh veggies cuts with some dips where as on the other side there was a display of breads and soup. I instantly rush toward the soup in order to give a warm kick to my body.Mushroom lovers rejoice, this soup is full of hearty, earthy mushrooms!
Moving on to the main course counter,there was a live station of grills and pasta along with some delectable choices of chicken barbecue,mashed potatoes,paneer curry,meat warqnab,lamb sajouk,grilled fish and steamed rice for those likes to fill in some carbs too.
From live grill station roasted lamb and grilled prawns were the highlight although I couldn’t try anything from the pasta section as I was already full after having so much appetizing.
The dessert counter was tempting and filled with many international alluring variety. My favorite was colorful rainbow cake and it tasted equally good.If you are still not convinced they don’t have one but two dessert counters, the other one was filled with Arabic sweets
Overall, it was a delightful experience having a supper here at this beautiful property of Hyaat Regency Dubai Creek Heights and no wonder am going back just to sit in the lobby and luxuriate myself by soak in the beauty of ambiance.
