Last night I was invited to the cocktail evening at wellington steak house and lounge bar,located in Ascot Hotel mankhool.
The Lounge Bar is nicely decorated and the ambiance is comfortable and inviting. The interiors have Wooden flooring and ceiling and a bar counter at the right side of the entrance. If you are in a mood just to have a drink and chill they have comfortable sofas for you to relax and for dine in they have a proper tables too.
I was greeted by the manager Mr.Hiren and was ushered to our table. The evening was started by the serving of starters like salmon, chicken tikka bites,stuffed puffs with prawns,veg bruschetta and fried finger fish.
In drinks I opted for mocktail strawberry Mojito, it was light and refreshing and made my mood enliven instantly after the whole tiring day.
In main course My husband and I ordered Grilled Salmon, which came right after 15 mins on our table. My platter had decorous presented salmon pieces with mushroom rice. Salmon was soft and cooked to perfection.
In dessert we tried cheesecake which was delish specially the upper mixture of cheese and cream. My friends tried apple tart which didn’t impress them much.
