International Women’s Day is celebrated in many countries around the world. It is a day when women are recognized for their achievements without regard to divisions, whether national, ethnic, linguistic, cultural, economic or political. Last night I was invited to this happening place GQ bar for the celebrations of women’s day,hosted by one of my favorite blogger Deepti Chandak (@jivewithdeepti). This place is located at the backside of the hotel, crossing the lively lobby then cafe and after few turns I reached to this GQ bar,having a view of Dubai Canal at the left, made me to stop for few minutes before entering the premises.
The place has dim lights,contemporary interiors and a long stretched counter bar at one side. DJ was creating a stir by playing music in harmony of the theme and people were enjoying and busy in socializing.

We were served snacks platter on each table that included burrata,open salmon sandwich,kuskus salad,grilled chicken sticks and dynamite prawns.I relish prawns and chicken sticks while talking with my fellow bloggers.I even fetched a glass of fresh juice from the bar. It was the concoction of apples,mint and cinnamon.
The event was attended by many socialites and influencers and at the end giveaways were given to guests as a gesture of love from minsta and lovisa.
