Situated on 500 meters of private beach, this Fujairah hotel is near Dibba city center and just 90 minutes from Dubai.Breeze is one of the restaurant owned by beautiful property of Radisson Blu. Guests can dine throughout the day with scenic sea views and tasty buffets at the Breeze Restaurant.
Last Friday I was there to explore the international buffet offered by this all day dining restaurant.Spacious space,comfortable sitting arrangement makes it a perfect place for brunch.Natural light coming from glass windows was making everything warm, colorful and pleasing to eyes,music and the setup of food was exceptionally spread in an artistic way.
There was a sprawling spread of salad, soups, fresh breads, mains and dessert.I started off my lunch by attacking on the mains. There were
- Veal Sausage & Turkey Bacon
- Hasselback Potatoes
- Chicken Fricadales with Pepper Sauce
- Roast Lamb with Mint Sauce
- Baked Fish with Saffron Sauce
- Steamed Rice
- Seafood Paella Rice
My favorites from main were hassel back potatoes,roast lamb with mint sauce,baked fish with saffron sauce and seafood rice. There were also a live station of pasta where you can customized your pasta according to your choice. I opted for alfredo pasta and my husband for bolognese one.Both were tasted good. Live station of seafood like calamari,prawns,lobster and crab were there at the terrace,so you could enjoy the fresh grill food with prepossessing view.
In drinks we got to try Mango Colada. It was not only refreshing but equally good too.
In salads there were many variety to fill our tummy with healthy food. I tried many of them like Stuffed Chilli with Cu China Salad and Bacon, Potato Salad with Rose Mary & Garlic Flavor,Carrot and Fennel Salad,Smoked Salmon with Asparagus,Thai Beef Salad and many sauces were there too to accompany with mains .
Bread station had huge variety of bread with fresh cheeses, it could make anyone’s mouth water. Even the bread setup was looking aesthetically pleasing.
Dessert station, it was like a candyland to my eyes, I was baffled by the sight of desserts and the way all were adorn in an artistic manner.It was difficult to decide what to eat or what not and honestly, I was full by then with all the amazing food there still being a sweet tooth I spoilt myself with delicious and eye pleasing spread. My recommendation are

- Fresh Fruit and Dark Chocolate Gateaux
- Debosh Cake
- Selection of Chocolate

They even have a kids corner and am sure kids will surely have a great time by seeing and tasting character cakes,marshmallow pops and candies filled cones. Waffles and pancakes were also making fresh at live counter. Being a waffle lover, had a delightful moment in every bite.
In short, it was a good experience where food and drinks were good,service was prompt and everything notched up because of the scenic view of beach.Breeze is definitely a good choice for dine in, if you are staying there in radisson blu resort.
