Waffle factory is all about fresh waffles and they are not just having a sweet variety they offers savory waffles too, surprised???? yes that was the same reaction I had when I got to know. It was my first time to try savory variety. Waffle factory is not a new name it has been on the food scene for long and now made its first appearance in the global market of Dubai.
Located in Burjuman’s new extension,right next to the carrefour. Passing by with a whiff of freshly baked waffles would definitely compels you to try out this place.
I was there with bunch of other bloggers to taste some of their scrumptious baked goodies.Its a small dessert parlor with dark ambiance and perfect to drop by for a short meetup or after shopping spree.

LunchWaf serves many savory options and we got to try Chicken Tikka, 3 Cheese and the Italian LunchWAF flavors, Chicken Tikka was filled generously with well marinated tikka flavored chicken pieces,neither spicy nor bland but a perfect combo with crispy outer layer of waffle.3 cheese had gouda, goat cheese and emmental ,if you are a cheese buff you are definitely gonna relish this one. The last one was Italian Lunch Waf made up of Chicken, goat cheese, pesto and gouda. Another interesting fare for our tastebuds but among the all three chicken tikka was the hit on our table so,its a must try!!!
In sweet waffles we tried belgium dark chocolate liege waffle, the lotus waffine and nutella brussels waffle with strawberries. Belgium Dark Chocolate is like a treat of dark chocolate lovers a bit bitter but went well with the waffle taste. Lotus Waffine has filling of lotus biscoff topped with cream was so delectable in taste,perfect balance of sweetness made it my favourtie. Nutella Brussels, who doesn’t like nutella,it makes everything mouth-watering without any further effort,we gobbled this one with some fruits and whipped cream,totally notch up experience.
In last we had raspberry sorbet icecream, chocolate icecream and Tiramisu ,there is no need to say much about the quality of icecream as they serve movenpick–one of the best in town.
Being a waffle fan, it was not less than a treat to experience amazing savory and sweet waffles at this newly opened joint.I am def going back soon again.
