Last friday I got a chance to explore this medley restaurant in pullman deira city center. I was invited at the launch of indian theme buffet night with the celebrity chef Sweety Singh( Delhi based) after titillating palates in India he was there to mesmerize the humans of Dubai.Currently Medley restaurant offers themed night buffet, 3 days a week Wednesday,Thursday and Friday.
I was there to relish theme night called the “Art of Spice” where celebrity chef true to its Punjabi root showcasing his famed talent with us and everyone seemed impressed with the array of delicious spread and palatable taste.
Started off the night with salad counter,it had all the desi variety,fresh and colorful salads perfect to accompany your mains. There was assorted pickles too at display.
The most exciting counter was of chaat for me. I could fill my tummy only with chaat counter easily (don’t judge me).

- Steamed Rice
- Butter Chicken
- Chicken Wala Chawal

- Bhatti ka murgh

- Ajwani paneer tikka
- Chara aloo chaatpata
- Tandoori fular ka chat
Although everything was appetizing but punjabi kadi,butter chicken and chicken wala chawal were spot on.The spread was equally delicious for veg and non-veg. Bhatti ka murgh, Ajwani panner and bhatti ka murg were soft and grilled to perfect, I completely relish each dish from the live counter.In soup daal shorba and mutton shorba were the choices,so comforting and fit for well-being.
The dessert counter was difficult to miss,traditional vivid treats alluring you to satiate your sweet cravings. Assorted options and opulent tasty fare would leave you baffled in making choice.

It was a lavish spread of traditional and some international desserts but I bet you won’t be able to avoid this calories filled delectable counter. I was unable to decide what to choose or what not.
I would definitely recommend to try this buffet,quality and taste were the true essence that was easily conspicuous after tasting one or two dishes. Heed to my advice and try it out once,you won’t be disappointed. The buffet would cost you AED 120 all inclusive .
