I got a chance to visit their first branch in dubai at Dubai Festival City,they are gonna open other outlet soon at al ghurair center.The staff here is well-trained staff and they channel their passion, energy and dedication into ensuring that every guest will have a satisfying dining experience and you come to know exactly as you enter into the premises of this restaurant. The whole team greets you and make you feel as if you are someone special they have been waiting for.
The restaurant is equipped with modern vibes and interiors resemble to any contemporary american style restaurant.
Our evening started with the round of some amazing drinks,we tried Passionate Peach and Happiness Infusion. The former one was a blend of chamomile tea and lemon grass infusion,perked up with the fruity fragrance of peach and passion fruit. The later one had earl grey tea with lemongrass infusion.
The third drink I tried there was Gummy Bear,this name transported me to my childhood where I used to watch a cartoon show by the same name.Exciting flavor of curacao and tropical fruit mix surely liven up your senses.
From the starters we had Quad Delight, features samples of 4 starters, juicy fried mushrooms, crispy calamari, refreshing ocean gems with a twist of cranberry coleslaw. Indeed a heavy platter as a starter I was half full after tasting this delicious delights.
Moving on to the other dish we tried Fishy Chicky Bang Bang. A quirky combination of fish and chicken dipped in cheddar cheese and then fried to golden,it was like a match made in cheddar. You get chicken and fish at the same time.Platter had 2 generous pieces of fishy chicky served with fries and sunny side up nestled in a spaghetti nest. Let me admit here serving portion of every dish is good enough unlike any other american diner.
Another sea-licious dish came on our table small one The Legendary- Manhattan flaming Prawns with grilled Dory fillet on a bed of Garlic Herb Rice, Chips and Hot Veggies.Fish fillets were soft and delicious although prawns couldn’t impress me whereas garlic herbs rice did go well with the fish and hot veggies.
Sizzling Brownie, warm brownie topped with smooth vanilla ice cream and nuts. A match made in heaven, our server came and allure us more with the presentation of the dessert by pouring hot caramel sauce on the top of the icecream and it really put me on the edge to dig in but the first bite disparage my elation because the brownies was too sweet unlike classic taste and the addition of caramel rather balancing the taste made it a sugar rush ride.Unfortunately it couldn’t stir the excitement to my palates.
Overall, it was a good discovery if you fancy seafood and want to have it in american style then this is great deal for you, good serving size will fill you up to the brim and lively atmosphere and courteous staff will make your visit enliven.
