It was a huge spread of delicacies featuring curries, roasts, rice dish and live BBQ. I started filling my hungry tummy from live chaat corner,I had turns and turns of pani puri although I won’t say they were the best but the taste was acceptable. Then I moved to the other counter to sample variety. There was a alluring display of whole roasted turkey, chef helped me to cut and served thigh part,it was soft and perfectly marinated by every mean.Totally recommended.
Moving on to the hot buffet among many options, I tried mutton rogan josh, chicken dum biryani, aloo jeera and chilli chiken.
Live BBQ was served to us on our table and believe you me it was the highlight of the savory part. Marination was on point and cooked perfectly. Malai chicken kabab, minted paneer tikka and chicken tikka were my favorite.
