I had a pleasure to attend bloggers meetup last week and to review their new theme hot’n’spicy. It is an indian theme where you could expect from street fast food to gravy dishes ready to titillate you taste buds with kick of spice and flavors .

I tried,

  • Tomato and corriander shorba
  • Spiced mutton broth

Both the soups were comforting specially the spiced mutton broth is perfect to have in coming pleasant days. I was having a sour throat and immediately I feel refreshed after quarter bowl of it.

  • Seafood salad
  • Dahi Vada
  • Aloo channa chaat
  • Methi aloo
  • Spicy banana flower salad
  • Punjabi cabbage salad

From refreshing and healthy counter of the buffet, I liked  dahi vada, aloo channa chaat and methi aloo

  • Chicken tikka
  • Minted paneer tikka
  • Zaffrani fish skewers

It was a huge spread of delicacies featuring curries, roasts, rice dish and live BBQ. I started filling my hungry tummy from live chaat corner,I had turns and turns of pani puri although I won’t say they were the best but the taste was acceptable. Then I moved to the other counter to sample variety. There was a alluring display of whole roasted turkey, chef helped me to cut and served thigh part,it was soft and perfectly marinated by every mean.Totally recommended.

Moving on to the hot buffet among many options, I tried mutton rogan josh, chicken dum biryani, aloo jeera and chilli chiken.

Live BBQ was served to us on our table and believe you me it was the highlight of the savory part. Marination was on point and cooked perfectly. Malai chicken kabab, minted paneer tikka and chicken tikka were my favorite.

The most alluring part of any buffet is their ostentatious presentation of buffet counter. It mesmerize every eye even if you are not very fond of sweets. The heavenly spread was no short of artistic display, I tried gulab jaman, rasmalai, laddu, kaju burfi and jalebi.

Celsius is definitely a place for international cuisine lover, their lavish and rich daily buffets featuring different themes won’t disappoint you. I was there for the hot’n’spicy theme night and I would recommend to try it once if you one of the person who likes to have variety and appreciate good buffet.
