COCK-A-DOODLE-DOO!!!! This is exactly raju omlet evokes the craving of egg in you any time of the day.

The chicken or the egg dilemma is commonly stated as “which came first, the chicken or the egg?” but whatever came first we got prodigious healthy food and being a non veg its always a delight to have chicken or egg on my table.

Having a restaurant whose staple ingredient is only EGG!!!..it seems out of question but now a days many restaurants are filling your tummy with diversity of recipes with egg being a main ingredients. Raju Omlet is one of it,making name with mouthwatering and uneggspected recipes.

I got a chance to try their new branch at Al Qouz. You won’t have any problem of parking here. The moment you enter the restaurant it transport you to a classical vintage era. Rustic and basic interior, display of vintage items, quirky quotes on walls which engages you while you wait for your order.Hanging egg with different gestures adorns the beauty of this cafe. Its all day breakfast concept and I went in at dinner time all thanks to the owner Nakul who let me have this opportunity to try this place.

What I tried there?

  • Power Omlet
  • Pahadi Chicken Roll
  • Egg Curry
  • Rice Bhurji with Masala Half Fry
  • Crush Bhurji

We started our session with fresh orange juice,I opted for normal one and my husband tried raju style in which they add hint of rock salt. Perfect in taste and great for digestion 😉

Power Omlet was powered by fresh spinach paste, chopped capsicum, crushed onions, green chilly, garlic, ginger and their special masala. I had never tried spinach in omlet before, so I was a bit skeptical about it,how it would taste with egg but to my wonder it was eggmazing.

We ended our eggcellent food journey with an amazing variety of tea available here. Adrak Chai had a punch of adrak(ginger) really refreshing and other was very famous cutting chai.

Its a heaven for vegetarian and If you are a egg lover like me and want to explore other possibilities with egg other than conventional egg dishes, its a place to visit. Completely family oriented place with laid back atmosphere.
