If you are an ardent fan of American food and desserts than Denny’s is the place for you.It operates 24×7, so you can drop by anytime of the day to please yourself with American diner.Denny’s opened its door in Dubai few months back,in short span of time Denny’s is known by many. An invitation to visit their branch located in Al-Safa was received with extreme happiness by me. This branch is opposite to Time Square,sheikh zayed road.
Branch boast a spacious area for diners with comfy sitting arrangement,outdoor patio,well lit atmosphere and framed pictures on the walls are the highlights.
Its always a pleasure to dine with fellow foodies and theshazworld brought us together to this amazing hip American fast food chain.We all were here to try their Ramadan menu which is going to be available with every order as complimentary through out the holy month.
Ramadan menu comprises of Dates, Jallab(drink),Chicken & Mushroom Soup and Caesar Salad.
Chicken and mushroom soup was creamy and served us hot. I really liked the texture and punch of spices in the soup with juicy chicken and boiled mushroom slices.A good option to have in iftar.
Jallab is a popular drink in the Middle East. It’s made by diluting the syrup made of grape molasses, dates and rose water with water.
Ceaser salad, fresh Romanian lettuce tossed with bread croutons, Italian dressing and sprinkled with shredded Parmesan cheese, makes it a healthy addition in Ramadan menu.
All the above items will be available complimentary along with any order in the whole month of Ramadan.
Next, I ordered main course from their usual menu.Chicken beacon classic burger was a grilled seasoned chicken breast topped with melted Swiss cheese,bacon and creamy pepper sauce.Served with lettuce,tomatoes and red onions. It was scrumptious and filling however,difficult to eat without mess for a person like me with small mouth but worth trying.
Other burger was BBQ bacon cheddar burger,its a hamburger patty made with 100% beef topped with cheddar cheese,bacon,sauteed onions and mushrooms.Served on buns with lettuce,tomato,onions and sweet BBQ sauce.
Apart from the burgers I ordered Mozzarella cheese sticks,fried crispy coated cheesy sticks were hit on my table, perfectly accompanied with served salsa sauce.
They have a good choices in desserts. I ordered banana split and it was presented in classical way three scoops of vanilla, chocolate and strawberry ice cream served in a row between the split banana topped with chocolate sauce,fudge sauce,fresh strawberries, fresh cream and with lots of nuts.
That luscious and creamy appearing dessert was ordered by my fellow blogger,it is a Build Your Own Sundae,two generous scoops of your preferred icecream with fudgy sauce,topped with cream and nuts. Picture says all about it ;).
Good food, cosy ambiance and fellow bloggers made my evening well spent. I am definitely going back to try other items, specially breakfast menu.Try it out you won’t be disappointed.
