Sandy Baker-Hinton
Sandy is the recipient of the 2023 Volunteer Award in Resource Management and Volunteer Award for 20 Years of Service.
Over the last 20 years, Sandy has served as one of the lead volunteers of the sea turtle monitoring program. She trains other staff and volunteers on the proper way to find and flag nests. To date, she has sent 75,000 baby sea turtles on their journey to the ocean.
