It is our absolute pleasure to highlight two wonderful Jonathan Dickinson resident volunteers! Gio is a retired Civil Service Water and Sewer Forman for the City of Hialeah and Anna is now retired from raising the kids. Gio and Anna have been excelling as campground hostsin the Pine Grove Campground…and there’s nothing they can’t do! They ensure the bathrooms shine inside and out, the campground sites clean and inviting- all while having a positive attitude and a smile on their faces! Gio and Anna truly take pride in their work, and it shows by the fantastic shape of the campground loop.
When not volunteering, you may be able to find them in some of their favorite places in the park, which include Camp Murphy Bike trails, River Area, or hanging in the campground. Gio enjoys fishing, golfing, and rooting for the Miami Dolphins. Anna loves going to the beach, kayaking, and walking their puppy. Gio and Anna’s favorite part about volunteering at Jonathan Dickinson is “Meeting new people from all over the world. We are honored to be a part of such a great team at JD”. Well, the pleasure is all ours you two! Thanks for being so awesome!
